Wound care
Dressings and wound-care kits need a clean peel and a package that opens without fuss at the bedside. Paper and Tyvek® chevron pouches and latex-free cold-seal paper are common starting points.

Orthopedic implants and instruments
Heavy, sharp and often high-value. Coated Tyvek® 1073B lids on rigid trays, with HDPE cards to hold each part in place, are the usual starting point.

Surgical and procedure kits
Kits combine many parts in one tray or bag. Lids, cards, header bags and pouches for the smaller components can all come from one supplier on one PO.

Catheters and IV sets
Long, coiled devices that must stay put. Tyvek® chevron pouches with an HDPE mounting card keep the device flat and away from the seals.

Syringes and needles
Sharp points need puncture resistance. Tyvek® chevron pouches with PA/PE film and an insert card are common choices. Cold-seal paper suits lighter, capped syringes where heat sealing isn't wanted.

Gloves and dressings
Cold-seal paper seals without heat, which suits glove and dressing packs, and its coating is not made with natural rubber latex.

Diagnostics and reagents
Oxygen, moisture and light shorten shelf life. Foil chevron pouches give a near-total barrier; if you sterilize with EtO, ask us about a foil package with a built-in porous vent.

In vitro diagnostic kits
Test kits combine cartridges, swabs and reagents in one pack. HDPE cards hold each part in place in a tray or pouch, and foil pouches protect moisture-sensitive components.
