Uncoated Tyvek® sheets, cut to shape

Sheets are flat pieces of uncoated Tyvek® cut to the size and shape you need. We cut them in our ISO Class 8 cleanroom, up to 30 × 30 in (762 × 762 mm), with rounded corners. There is no minimum order, and sheets typically ship in 2–3 weeks.

When to choose sheets

  • The sheet does not need to seal to a tray

    Uncoated Tyvek® has no heat-seal coating. If you need a lid that seals to a rigid tray, see die-cut lids.

  • You need a custom size or shape

    We cut to your spec or dimensions, up to 30 × 30 in (762 × 762 mm), with rounded corners.

  • You need small quantities fast

    No minimum order. Prototype batches typically ship in weeks, not months and production runs in 2–3 weeks.

  • You need to match an existing sheet

    Send the spec or dimensions and revision. We cut to it as written and tell you before anything about the part changes.

What to know before you specify or re-source

Uncoated sheets and custom shapes

Uncoated means the Tyvek® has no heat-seal coating. The sheet stays breathable, but it will not bond to a rigid tray on its own. For a sealed tray lid, choose our coated Tyvek® lids.

We cut sheets to your spec, CAD file, or dimensions, up to 30 × 30 in (762 × 762 mm). Rounded corners avoid sharp points that can catch on or scuff other packaging layers.

What are uncoated Tyvek® sheets?

How large can the sheets be?

We cut uncoated Tyvek® sheets up to 30 × 30 in (762 × 762 mm). Shapes are custom, and rounded corners are available. Send a spec or the dimensions and corner radius with your request.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Uncoated Tyvek® sheets have no minimum order quantity, and production typically ships in 2–3 weeks. That makes them easy to trial before you commit to production quantities.
