- We cut prototype film parts in weeks, not months, and there is no minimum order.
- Add them to the same order as your cards, lids, or sheets.

Compatibility depends on grade, coating, and your process. Validate in your own sterilization cycle.
Options
- Custom die-cut shapes. We die-cut film parts to the shape on your spec or CAD file.
- Film gauge. HDPE/LDPE film from 28 to 60 µm (≈1.1 to 2.4 mil), with 30, 40, 50, and 60 µm in stock. If your spec calls out a gauge, we cut to that gauge. If not, tell us the job the part does and we will help you choose.
- One order with your other parts. Order film parts alongside HDPE cards, Tyvek® lids, and sheets cut in the same cleanroom.
- Packed for your cleanroom. Counted and double-bagged in our cleanroom, 100 per bag or your count, with a lot label on each bag and carton.
