Part details

Fill in what you know. “Not sure” is a fine answer. Quoting several parts? Fill in one here and attach a parts list with part numbers, revisions and quantities.

Who is the device maker?

Yours or your customer's, for example 12-3456 Rev C. We'll quote to it.

Anything critical to fit or seal, or “see spec”.

Is this part already validated?

If yes, we quote to your spec and material callout as written. If we can't supply exactly that, we'll say so.

Quantities and timing

Rough numbers are fine. Small runs are welcome.

Project stage

Helps us plan material and quote blanket orders.

For example 250 / 1,000 / 5,000. We quote each one.

Specs and CAD

Up to 5 files. Each file is saved at a random, unguessable link that we share only with our team. Covered by an NDA, or can't upload? Email sales@cleancuthealthcare.com and we'll agree another way. No spec yet? Start here.
